    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4560135"&gt;@GeneBeck&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; The suggestion from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3833470"&gt;@JimM1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is a good one. &amp;nbsp;If like me it's not possible to connect via an Ethernet cable without moving &amp;nbsp;equipment into a position you could not permanently have ( in my case it would require a wire across the middle of the room) just try it temporarily then if it solves your problem then you know it is down to your setup and not Skys fault, obviously if you still have a problem you need to contact Sky. &amp;nbsp;I hope that helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The sound on my sky puck cuts out for around a second every minute or so and the puck will re start to home page now and again I have tried unplugging the hub, The hub isnt blocked my wifi is good and my broadband speeds are above 500mps</description>
