Hi @THE+R

Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed you are getting in Netflix (Profile Picture> Get Help? > Connectivity Check).

You may need a WiFi booster (You will need to call sky for this on 150 from your sky landline or sky mobile - we are fellow customers here on the community) or further troubleshooting if bellow the advised speeds.

You may also want to try using an ethernet cable or homeplugs. Remember to turn WiFi off in the settings on the puck as it will try to default to this even with a cable connected.

MikeAlanR

My TV that is in the bedroom does not load TV channels. I am getting error messages saying loading the channel and then a technical error appears and the box turns off. It is now stuck when trying to get to settings. I think this is an internet issue, when we had virgin internet the bedroom got good. Now that has been disconnected and we are solely using sky it is not working causing issues with the TV.
