    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just in case other people have the same problem , I just used the same password as I use for sky?&amp;nbsp; It might make a difference if you change it ? Also used my phone to log in using the QR code I got on my screen &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm assuming you have the free Paramount + by having a Sky Cinema subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you moved from any&amp;nbsp;other Sky product to Stream (Sky Q etc) all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-upgrade" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;THIS&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; link)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can register or re-registered (as appropriate) by doing the following: &amp;nbsp;Use the voice command&amp;nbsp;"My Sky" and then select the following:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions /&amp;nbsp;Current / and then Paramount + Monthly. Hopefully it will&amp;nbsp;say £0 per month as you have Sky Cinema.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I do have sky cinema , I was actually watching paramount , when it froze , it now asks me to sign in , which I click on, but nothing happens , all other apps work.&amp;nbsp; I have rebooted, and updated apps ect , same thing&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you say rebooted, do you mean a Sky Stream Puck settings restart?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;An apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete fully.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Might also be worth restarting your broadband router/hub, with your Sky Stream puck in standby when doing so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
