    <description>&lt;P&gt;Channel 4 app now working, comes up with error message and won't load at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I pay for "add skip" which I am unable to use for this app as it doesn't work - which is very annoying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try the following if you have not done already;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would suggest first trying a restart of your Sky Stream box&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Put your Sky stream puck into standby and restart your broadband router/hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do an apps refresh;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;An apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
