I'm completely disillusioned with the service levels and remote support which makes me the 'technician'. I've had this skystream problem for weeks now, new puck installed, remote reset performed and on phone for 1 hour and 30 seconds. Hey, it's still doing it. Screen goes black saying 'wait for your programme to load'. Within a minute it goes blue saying 'there's a technical fault with this channel. Within a minute or so the message dissapears and the screen stays blue. Going back to the home page and choosing another station then going back to the lost station gets it back on but it can take a while do you've missed what your watching! It's happened twice in the time I've compiled this note. Please help......

Sky Plus does not provide streaming!

Please answer the following question so that your thread can be moved to the correct place, where you're more likely to get help with your query

Which Sky TV Service do you have?

Sky Q (Satellite box)

Sky Glass (Internet TV)

Sky Stream (Internet box)
