I've had my puck for over a year and I'm happy with stream. But recently I have to restart puck and refresh apps everyday otherwise steam will not work properly?

@Numan2 Has anything change recently. If not connected via an Ethernet cable has any objects moved blocking line of sight to your puck or objects put near your puck or router etc?

@Numan2 Thanks for confirming nothing has changed but despite that can you confirm if you are not connected via an Ethernet cable and if not if your router has a clear line of sight etc etc please?

Router has a clear line of sight wireless connection. Nothing has changed the puck has always been in the same position as is my sky hub.
