I'm a 20+ year Sky TV customer and was forced to move from SkyQ to SkyStream due to moving to a temporary house without a dish. I'm having repeat issues with the Playlist feature and I'm wondering if others have experienced the same. My biggest issue is items added to Playlist are randomly not available, for example.

Golf coverage is generally spread over multiple shows such as early coverage, full live coverage, highlghts and of course golf tournamants are always spread over multiple days. I experienced issues with the recent DP World Tour Championship where day 1 never appeared in my playist. I've had a similar issue with the current DP World Tour event in Australia, day 1 featured groups and full live coverage are in the playlist but day 2 coverage is not.

I also had the same issue with F1 Qualifying from Las Vegas. Drivers press conference, all practice sessions, the race and all the various event analysis programs were there but not qualifying.

On top of this I've had countless issues with pause not working, fast forward features not working, playlist programs ending before the coverage is complete.

Sky initially responded faily well despite my own industry knowledge telling me that a new Puck, a broadband speed test, a new router and various resets were never going to solve the issues I've been experiencing.

They have now told me that 'not all content is available on catchup on SkyStream due to licencing restrictions' and specifically attributed the missing Las Vegas qualifying to this. Should I really believe that random days within a multiday golf event are restricted or qualifying in F1 is restricted but all other sessions are not?

Does anyone else experience this?
