      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4554407"&gt;@DGL2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;The issue you are having is not that uncommon. &amp;nbsp;A restart of the puck will probably resolve the issue for you as it tends to clear software glitches. &amp;nbsp;I works for me when I get the technical fault error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To do this go to Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; Restart device.&amp;nbsp; It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
