What password is it asking for? Presumably you have the Whole Home subscription on your account?

If this is during the setup of the Sky Stream puck,

you need to enter your Sky TV PIN. This should be the last 4 digits of the mobile number you used when you ordered. You can change the PIN during setup.

Changed your mobile number since then? You'll still need to use the last 4 digits of the mobile number you gave when you ordered.

If though you have recently setup a Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck and changed the pin, you will need to use that changed pin.

This pin during setup is different to any Sky+ or Sky Q TV PIN you previously had.

You have three attempts to enter the pin after which it will get blocked, you will then have to wait at least ten minutes for trying again.
