I have Refreshed the Apps on my new Sky Stream as advised, how do I know when this is completed?

There's no way of finding out. It apparently can take up to 24 hours to complete. Quite why it takes as long as this is anyone's guess.

You do not need to know, and you can continue to use your Sky Stream in the meantime, along with apps.

It will do the apps refresh through all the apps in the background up to a 24 hour period.

Some take longer than others and it depends on how much cache the apps have left behind and if there are any kinds of updates.
