Failing that please provide some more details about the issue. I.e. is it when you are trying to watch a channel, or specific app? Who is your ISP, any special set up (e.g mesh network) etc.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>However it's not normal behaviour nor a frequent issue reported on here, so it could be a faulty puck.
