topic WiFi signal weak in Sky Stream

I had sky installed in my home to avoid being disappointed when I try to watch something upstairs in the bedroom due to poor signal, since installation everything has been working well until the last week, signal is poor on the WiFi so nothing can be watched upstairs and I am becoming more agitated by the day and thinking of going to another provider to be honest, can you help to prevent this?

Hi @Sam60

We are fellow customers so cannot help directly, only offer advice. Could you use home plugs or ethernet cable? And turn WiFi off on the offending puck? Or you can call sky on 150 and see if they can supply you with a WiFi extender to boost the signal in the affected area.

I am assuming that Sky is your ISP...

MikeAlanR
