      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a problem with Netflix or Netflix on Sky?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Every time we open it it's just black or blank screen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;We have to refresh apps every single time we want to open Netflix it's absurd.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a known issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you get to the netflix menu at all? If so try the reload netflix option in the menu (profile &amp;gt; get help &amp;gt; reload)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will clear the cache.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue of a&amp;nbsp; black screen whenoading netflix, I have to go back open a different appike channel 4 or iPlayer then Netflix will load correctly. I've tried rebooting the box and refreshing the apps. But the issue still ends up coming back regularly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They won't. They are utterly shocking since the take over. Netflix doesn't work, lift the remote every 59 minutes, internet doesn't work yet no way to prove unless you film it and no one to talk to. We will never go with Sky again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
