&lt;P&gt;Try changing your Sky Glass TVs and Sky Stream pucks to the following recommended settings set in Settings&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Set Network standby mode to ON and Overnight power saving to OFF&lt;BR /&gt;Turn wifi OFF under Network if connected via ethernet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After doing the above, immediately do a settings restart of your Sky Glass or Stream box, this will ensure the settings option is set correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Goass TV a and Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Has anyone had issues with the pucks not turning on. The light on the box continues to flash. The box doesn't load no matter how many times you unplug and replug. Then it suddenly stats working. Also when the box turns on connected with ethenet cable an error message say lost connection every time turn box on. I have to puck boxes 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs one is connected via ethenet 1 WiFi both have had same issues.</description>
