Cannot activate Paramount +

I have just got Paramount + included in my package and have cancelled my stand alone paramount subscription.
I have logged out of all paramount apps and when try to get signed in it comes up with error MYSky_2999

I use the same email for old paramount and sky so not sure why cannot log in.

I wonder if it's because you have used the same email for both accounts.
