      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had a Sky Puck for less than 6 months with limited use as each time I try to use it, the puck freezes my tv. &amp;nbsp;A crackling sound occurs and the entire Sky Tv Screen remains frozen until I restart. &amp;nbsp;Post restart, the TV may work for a little while before the issue happens again. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any recommendations?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The TV itself works (Sony); but when the Sky Puck is plugged in, the Sky screen loads, freezes and i'm unable to use Sky without multiple restarts of the Sky Puck, and even then, the Sky screen opens and works for a while before totally freezing and "crackling"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
