There have been several reports recently of Stream pucks randomly shutting down. Have you given it a full reboot by turning it off at the wall for a few minutes then powering it back on?

If this doesn't help then it's probably worth calling Sky and requesting a replacement puck as there may be a faulty batch out there.

No. Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post. Your Community log in name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway.
