Sound outage too regular , picture is ok but sound keeps going off intermittently whilst watching Prime ,Netflix etc through Sky stream or the relevant apps

@Crawsy70 Are you cabled from the stream device by an Ethernet connection or is it all wireless wifi to the devices with sound issue!

What are your audio output settings on the puck? Are you connected directly to your TV via HDMI or going through a soundbar or AVR?

I'm a new Sky client and I'm experiencing these issues too. Sound on Sky channels is fine but sound on apps Disney, Netflix etc are crackly. Picture is fine.

@Kernow-lufc Have you looked on the TV section off the Forum for anything similar to what your problem is!
