      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just subscribed to Sky with free access to discovery plus. I have two pucks and discovery plus works fine on one but on the other says Time for an update and to follow instructions on my device but nothing happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;can anybody help please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a settings restart on that puck?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Different ways to get to the settings menu;&lt;BR /&gt;Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the Home menu.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
