      <title>Sky puck playing up!</title>

      <description>More often now when we switch on with the Home button on the remote the sky puck doesn't connect to the Internet. We go through the routine of switching everything off and then back on again but this takes a while. Why won't the puck connect straight away now? Everything else is connected to the wi-fi, no problem there.</description>
