topic Having to unplug Stream puck several times a week in Sky Stream

I'm on my second stream box now due to issues with the last one but now I've got a brand new issue with the new one. Almost everyday I need to unplug and plug it back in. When it's been off for a few hours and I switch the TV on, press the power button on the remote it's 50/50 if the stream box will come on. When it doesn't, we are just greeted with my TV's screen saver, like the box isn't outputting anything. I have to reach round to the back of the box and pull the power cable out, plug it back in and after a few mins it comes back on, this is an almost daily occurrence. Anybody any ideas? I honestly can't wait for my contract to end so I can get rid of this system.
