    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4543653"&gt;@Alisiablair&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;Have you tried rebooting your Glass TV? &amp;nbsp;This can be done by going to Settings &amp;gt; System management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; updates and then selecting restart device. &amp;nbsp;It will take a couple of minutes to reboot and you will get a blank screen for some of the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help then unplug the TV at the socket and leave it for a 10-15 minutes and then plug it back in again. &amp;nbsp;It will reboot as above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
