Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
What is your speed?

The Sky Steam Puck when first installed was losing connectivity, due to a wifi conflict with a TPLink router. Disabled wifi on the TPLink and the puck has been stable for quite a few months, until recently. TPLink wifi is still turned off. No other non-Sky wifi devices in the house (eg routers or broadband extenders). Several days ago, puck stated losing connectivity, saying no-internet, rebooted, problem fixed for a short-while - several hours. Constant issues now after a few hours or minutes watching TV loses connectivity. Everthing rebooted - problem persists.

What has changed to cause this and how can it be fixed?

Currently have had to move the sky wifi extender into the lounge on an ugly ethernet cable - which is on show, so this is not a long term viable option.

Any help or guidane much appreciated.

Thank you so much for the response.

The network speed ranges from 76 mbps to 83 mbps after running it several times. The puck is connected via eithernet cable to the sky wifi extender. Interestlgy, even though wifi is turned off on the puck, when its switched on, I get the blue screen saying no wifi connection. After scroling around, it then picks-up the ethernet connection.

Turns out the Sky Stream puck had gone faulty and has been replaced. Cannot fault Sky Support - very efficient and next day delivery!
