Ad skip being temperamental

Hi guys.

I have ultimate with ad skip and whole home. I've been watching south park on paramount plus and it won't let me skip ads. Now I've then put it on on one of my other pucks and it's giving me the option to add skip. The puck that isn't working is assume an older puck as I bought it second so maybe it's that I have no clue. Any ideas would be helpful.

The ad skipping add-on doesn't work on Paramount +, for that you need to upgrade tiers on Paramount +. The ad skip works on sky on-demand content so could the difference be that for some of the episodes you are watching it from the Comedy Central on-demand catalogue on Sky rather than the Paramount + app.

Ok that makes sense. I just clicked continue and it's half way through a series which is strange I'd thought the whole series would be on sky servers. Oh well at least I know now cheers for the info. I wondered if it was to do with the other puck sometimes being on a different internet connection so it had restricted it or something.
