Stream box has solid white light and not turning on

Stream box has solid white light and not turning on. Tried going through all the steps Sky put out themselves to reset and reboot and whatever, but nothing has worked. It just went off while we were watching TV and won't come back on. Also tried leaving it unplugged for maybe 45 minutes and still nothing. Any ideas?

Mine is doing the exact same had it 2 days and freezes/turns off mid program or won't turn on. Followed all steps and nothing works, starting to think it's a common issue and a waste of money

You both mention followed all the steps.

The normal process to follow, when the puck will not respond correctly is this help article, namely doing the recover procedure on step 4;

Done this comes on for 10 minutes then freezes and goes off again
