    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4540247"&gt;@Janet113&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Yes, your router is the Sky Hub. &amp;nbsp;I see you have already rebooted the router but have you tried rebooting your Sky puck. &amp;nbsp;This can be done in Settings &amp;gt;System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; Restart device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work try unplugging the router and Sky puck for a few minutes and then plugging the router back in and waiting for it to finish rebooting and then plug in the puck for it to reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully that will resolve the issue but if not post back to this forum thread.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;problem with Sky streaming message received is as follows &amp;nbsp;Unable to connect to wireless router . Pardon my ignorance but does that mean the Sky hub which has all lights lit and I have switched off and then on again to recharge etc .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for that , I will keep it as a useful guide for any future problems ,.My daughter tried to help me yesterday and it was like some horrible nightmare , it took the Sky helpline an hour to allow my daughter to help me and then followed a series of instruction that I simply could not believe in their repetition and complexity . &amp;nbsp;The final solution ,which surely could have been given in minutes rather than hours , was simply to change the HDM reference from HDMI to HDMI3 . A final success which left my daughter and I totally exhausted and almost at the point of buying a new TV and starting again !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
