Open netflix &gt; go to profile picture&gt; get help &gt; connectivity check. What speed is the affected puck getting? Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The other possibility is it's a faulty puck. Try swapping them over and if one that was working OK starts playing up, it would put to poor connectivity.
