      <description>&lt;P&gt;sky puck delivered out the blue - before the sky app even showed out for delivery - box opened no puck inside or remote &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt; posty has either opened it or delivered it opened dno whats worse - somebodys seen the sky logo on the box n jst ripped it open&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on the phone to sky for 4 hours over 2 days - ended up they had to cancel my broadband, tv and delete my account and re order the whole hing over again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is aw before the engineers even arrived - knew the deal was too gd to true &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;appolgies mate ive just seen this notifixation in my enails - it took me &lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;in hours ans there were about 3 indians who couldnt understand a word i said eventually got transfered to somebody from scotland &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;they ended up "making" me a new account and doing the subscription all over again...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;but now theres two accounts under my email after asking them to sort it... wont let me sign into the account that actually is working (got my subsriptions) but still getting charged fine &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":skull:"&gt;💀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
