Having just activated my Sky puck the picture etc is fine, however I am getting a regular glitch with the reception causing a split second interruption of whatever I am watching. Until I get my Sky broadband installed next week I am using my YouFibre 1000 to access it. When I use the standard TV connection or the Fire stick for anything I do not get the same result with programmes etc working fine. Any ideas what could be causing the problem?

@Molemage Are you connecting over wifi, as regardless of line speed WIFI will never give you the line speed and can be prone to interference.

On the puck open Netflix, go to Get help, run connection test, what speed is being reported?

If possble try using ethernet between the puck and hub and turn off the pucks wifi in the settings menue.
