    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a Sky Stream user from the very beginning. (I think I signed up on the day the product was released). However, I have recently started being bugged by niggling issues that I have been unable to resolve. For instance:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;‘Continue Watching’ only shows a few channels. Netflix and some Sky show up. BBC, ITV, C5 etc. all missing. Some days the ‘Continue Watching’ rail is just missing completely. Restarting the puck brings it back.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you watch something on Netflix and come back the following day to watch something else, you will need to restart the puck before you can view.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My ‘Playlist’ choices recently vanished. All of them, just gone. Didn’t have many items on it, but a real timewaster to re-install.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sometimes when a streamed TV show is paused, selecting play will cause the playback to skip back to the very beginning. This happened during the last F1 race, and I had to fast forward through nearly two hours of video to get back to where I was. Very irritating.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two pucks. Both seem to behave identically. I presume that this is a software/firmware type glitch. I have tried all the reset options I can find online, but to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My contract is up with Sky, so I am a free agent, but my current set-up is perfect for me, except these silly things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Mark.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What you list are standard glitches that I also experience that have never been rectified from launch. It's odd because not everyone appears to be affected &amp;nbsp;the same but reading posts many are.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
