Your Sky Stream puck can only be used on your home broadband network. Sky can detect useage at alternative addresses via the IP address and can charge you an extra location fee and will even terminate your contract if you continue to break the rules.

If you have an Apple TV 4K box and subscribe to the Whole Home pack then you can watch some subscription content via the Sky Go app for tvOS. Picture and sound quality is limited though - you won't get UHD or Atmos from the Sky Go app.

For a truly portable streaming option you would need to subscribe to a Sky package via NOW - which does not restrict the location you use it at. You can have the NOW app on any streaming device or it may already be installed on the TV at the AirBnB you are going to. You can simply log in to the NOW app and stream whatever package you subscribe to.
