Samsung TV UE24F6000FK Volume pairing problems

So i am unable to pair the volume control on a new 2025 Samsung TV UE24F6000FK with my new Sky Puck Remote control.

I Have been through all the different tests. with 50 different Samsung tests. All failed to turn the volume up or down.

Even the manual Input, does not list the TV, which has been out for a year now.

Why is it not possible for Sky to Update the software to support newer TVs ?

How can i program the remote ? in the older ones all you hd to do was press 1and 3 at teh same time nd enter some codes, it never failed.

Hi @Brian1970999

Sky provide software updates for the puck and updates to the remote control firmware. However it's not clear if sky certify TVs to work with their kit and how often they add support for new models.

Usually the advice would be to try another Samsung code and it will work, but as you have tried this, Samsung have fundamentally changed something about how their TV controls work.

As we are fellow customers here on the community the best advice would be to contact sky to see if they can provide further troubleshooting.

Yes it seems lie Samsung have changed the IR codes on the new Q and UE models, goodness knows why !

Reading other posts owners of the new Q models are having the same issues.

I would have expected Sky to act on these issues, its been going on for a year now.

It's more than likely because it's classed as a low budget TV. They tend to focus on mid to high end TV's
