You'll need to check your postcode is logged correctly with Sky. Or perhaps your puck was previously loaned to someone in Yorkshire and hasn't been fully reset before being sent out again.

Make sure your address is set correctly in your Details section in your MySky app or MySky online account.

If it is correct, your only option is you will have to call Sky for them to look into it for you.
