Sky puck voice control

Small problem. When asking for sky news , Sky Sports news hd always comes on. This didn't used to happen and all other channels asked for seem to work fine. Anyone else had this happen and is there a fix. Thanks.

Yes seeing same.

I often use that to go to Sky News channel.

It certainly worked fine a few days back.

Your best bet to get this checked and resolved by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
ViewerR@sky.uk
They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.

Hi @Holtee Mine is the same today and I have reported it to viewerR@sky.uk It usually works fine so must just be a temporary glitch.

Thanks all. Good to know it's not just mine. I did call Sky technical support but they said nothing they could do. Hopefully just temporary.

Hi @Holtee and others. As mentioned in an earlier post I reported this to Viewer Relations and I have now received their reply. They agree this is happening and have reported the issue to the relevant team to have this corrected.

They have discovered that if you leave the "S" of news and just say Sky New it will take you to Sky News and not the sports news. I tried it and it works. Weird to say the least.
