Sky puck streaming issues keeps freezing

my sky puck has been constantly freezing up and switching off going into standby since I got it.
I've done everything stated and even spoke to a sky customer service rep which solved for two days, this is getting beyond a joke now, I think maybe a dud device it's saying it has a fault but I can't get past the questions that it states to help fix the issue as my issue isn't listed!!!
any help or the number for sky to help??

Hi @LouD3

I would suggest you contact sky for troubleshooting as if found faulty they can replace under warranty

I've been trying to find a number for them, but when I go scroll to the end to ask for more help it takes me back to the start again, I just need a number to call them, I've even tried the chat thing but I'm not out through to a human

Click on the 'No I still need help' button at the bottom of the last page of this Sky help article;

It will provide a relevant number to call.
