Rang Sky customer support on Nov 7th. Passed around between 4 people on the phone for an hour and no answers. One said my order was rejected, another said it was just a delay in delivery, another said they don't know what's going on and the fourth person put me on hold and then hung up. I raised a complaint online and still no resolution. Really pi**ed off at this stage.
