Sky puck stuck on remote control setup screen

I have reset my puck and it is now stuck on the remote control setup screen.

I have tried old remotes, and a brand new remote but no matter what I do i can't get a remote to pair with the puck. It is just stuck on the remote control setup screen. It will only turn on and off by unplugging it and always goes back to the same screen.

If that doesn't work try the steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo namely step 5.

If that doesn't work you will need to request a replacement puck from Sky. We are fellow customers here on the community.
