No UHD channels on startup

Hi folks,

So I've had my puck since launch and it's 'generally' been really good aside from the initial launch teething issues.

in the last 2 weeks however, when I turn my puck on in the morning I don't have any UHD channels. Sky sports main event (401) and F1 (407) are in HD and no UHD movies are showing up in the 'formats' section.

I am required to do a power cycle for the channels to then revert to UHD and all content to be available in UHD.

Ive checked the default resolution in settings as I used to have handshake issues in the beginning and the box would revert to 540 but it's showing as 2160 even though the channels have reverted to HD.

any ideas?

on a side note, I'm not sure if the puck is faulty as it's been freezing a hell of a lot recently, particularly when I switch from Netflix back to the main menu, it just freezes and I need to cycle the power to unfreeze.
