Phone up sky retentions team. Tell them you're considering leaving and intending streaming tv via a firestick or roku device. Ask what deals they are doing and they'll usually give you a better deal than presented to you on the website.

Switching to Sky Streaming

Hi. I'm trying to switch from Sky+HD to Sky Streaming - when I initially go to do so on the website, I select the options I want without a problem (Sky Ultimate TV, Sky Kids and the multi-room/whole home puck. I DO NOT want to add the UHD+Dolby Atmos or Ad Skipping at present. However, once I'm then signed in and go to basket, the additional puck and kids tv have disappeared, but the UHD and Ad Skipping have been added and I can't get rid of them / change it to what I want. Impossible to try and speak to an advisor on the phone and the virtual assistant is rubbish. I'm about to cancel my whole subsription completely! Anyone able to help?

The ad skip and UHD add ons are free I believe, usually 2 months. Check your order to confirm this. They can be cancelled at the end of the free period by giving 30 days notice.
