      <title>Puck Froze, Reset, Cannot Link to account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky Stream Puck connected via ethernet cable - Freezing during Films and Live TV events.&lt;BR /&gt;Switched off and on to try resolve problem - no difference&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has been happening number of months . Even reset my super fast broadband 900mb.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eventually ( 2 days ago ) reset the puck ( amber red colours etc )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Puck downloaded software and given code to link account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my account can see the puck with serial number and states all ok&amp;nbsp; BUT the puck still wants me to link account .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trouble is the activate account link takes me to the normal sign in .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently on the line with SKY Team for 100...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
