<title>topic Black screen in Sky Stream</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/Black-screen/m-p/5134447#M62560</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;When switching from watching one programme to another when that programme has finished it often goes to a black screen and despite all efforts will not change from a black screen. Have tried turning off the puck and restarting it, which resulted in a little wheel going round and round and nothing else. I turned the puck off on the remote and turned back on again and finally got back to the programmes. As this is a frequent occurrence (frustrating) i guess this must be a puck problem. Any ideas&lt;/P&gt;</description>
