    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/38847"&gt;@Mantaray&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I find on Channel 5 on demand the screen will often go blank when the adverts start (I would go as far as saying this usually happens). &amp;nbsp;I just give a single press of the right button on the remote and it jumps past the ads and resumes the programme. &amp;nbsp;I &amp;nbsp;don't often use the Ch5 app but like you I have been watching the Forsytes and have just finished episode 2. &amp;nbsp;The blank screen happened as each advert break started..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm trying to watch the forsytes on channel 5 app it plays up to an ad break. Then screen goes blank after or during ads. Program won't progress when ads come on. I've tried resetting apps on settings and rebooted the puck numerous times. This doesn't happen with any other app. Can anyone advise please.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just been reading another thread about the same problem and apparently it's a software problem sky is aware of and say that it is being resolved on the next update but no date yet. It's been going on for a year or more. Only option is to complain and get ads taken off without charge as I'm paying for a streaming service which I'm not getting or leave and go elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did try that episode and it did stutter badly on the ad around 17 minutes in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hit Home key on puck from within the C5 app, did a settings restart on the puck from the settings menu,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tried the episode again, from the start and all was ok.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes with these odd sticking episodes it is worth sending an&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ViewerR@sky.uk&lt;BR /&gt;They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do agree though even with it playing this time, the ad transition with the Sky Stream skipping in the C5 app on that episode 3 for the first and next ad set is a bit juddery.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I played episode 1 and 2 and all skipped fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Issue with channel 5 app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having trouble with the channel 5 app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been trying to watch The Forsytes since last night, only managed to watch the first part of the first episode so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue is the app freezes on the ads or pops up to say they're having an issue and to restart.&amp;nbsp;It always freezes at the exact same spot on an advert for a Christmas movie or Great Western Railway, no other ads.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've refreshed my apps, restarted my tv through settings, unplugged the tv, changed my ads settings on the app, and tried to watch other shows on the app, and the issue remains.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
