A lot depends on individual customers' A/V setup, cables and how they are all connected.

Some people claim to have no lip sync problems whatsoever, others get it randomly on some content and not on others, whilst others don't notice it.

You can try different audio output settings on your puck (if you haven't already done so) - try Dolby Digital or DD+ instead of Auto, but if that doesn't change things then try calling Sky for a replacement puck and see if that has any better audio drivers installed.

I have recently started having lip sync issues with sky stream. It is slightly out of sync on Netflix and some streaming channels but sky cinema is unwatchable.

Tried various settings from reading threads on here and from online research and cant seem to get anything to make it work, very frustrating given how much I pay for movies!

I have a Samsung TV and Sony soundbar. Connected sky puck to tv via hdmi, tv to soundbarvia eArc. But the issue remains whether or not soundbar is used.

Is there any fix to this? Threads suggest updates were being rolled out at least 6 months ago but it only seems to get worse.
