    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new to sky stream, and the channel 4 app seems to be completely useless. When playing it jumps back to either the beginning or an earlier part of the show. It also seems to randomly stop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not sure if it is linked to the add skipping, but in its current state it is completely awful to use and watch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;having come from Virgin, I really expected a great service from sky stream, however less than a week in I am regretting the move.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried refreshing the apps, have moved to a wired connection, rebooted multiple times etc. and have not seen this on other apps so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to get this resolved? Looking at other posts it feels like Sky are saying it is Channel 4's problem, which I am not happy with as we pay Sky for the service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
