    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok I am about to throw this stupid puck out the window. We have had problems almost since the first week we got it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently it has given up doing anything other than telling me there's a software error. We did a software update just last week, since yesterday I have tried SO many times to reboot, following every single step on the website and have been trying to get hold of someone from support all day to no avail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SO regret moving to Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's now 7pm and of course no one is working so I am left without the TV for a second night.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call Sky and ask for a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are stugling with the AI agent, just keep typing "speak to an agent" or something on those lines, you've got to do it a few times before it will give in and pass you through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
