This more often than not triggers the automatic '&lt;EM&gt;you have not returned your hardware, we're going to charge you&lt;/EM&gt;' type texts and emails from Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this happens to you then you'll need to ring Sky with your tracking information and proof of postage in order to get the charge removed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
