      <title>Streaming puck not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when the streaming puck is turned on, the light comes on but the picture is black. I unplug the puck and reconnect it, and it rectifies the issue for a short time. It then goes black mid use and unable to restore any picture until it is unplugged again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you tried a different one? Is the HDMI port on your TV enabled for HDR?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
