      <description>&lt;P&gt;Partners Sky Streaming channels keep cutting out, or, not coming on. &amp;nbsp;For instance, if you put Quest on, nothing, but press channel above or below, comes on, then back to Quest and it works. &amp;nbsp;Today however, it must have gone off about 9 times!! &amp;nbsp;He's so frustrated. &amp;nbsp;He has the router and his puck next to his tv, so any idea's as to what it might be? &amp;nbsp;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have a similar issue where the signal keeps glitching on Quest channel only. This is not a router issue The TV is in the same room as the router No other channels are affected This is not a router issue I cannot connect via cable Please fix the issue with this channel as it is becoming unbearable</description>

However no one here can fix as this is a customer helps customer community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best course of action is to report the issue to Skys viewer relations team:&amp;nbsp; viewerr@sky.uk is their email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
