    <description>&lt;P&gt;Only had sky stream a few days takes ages to start up now now it keeps shutting down I the middle of watching done every thing ie restarted hard reset connected directly to home hub &amp;nbsp;puck is warm only way to get it back is to remove power and reconnect ok for a while then shuts down again tried ringing Sky promises to ring back can't find a number to speak to a real person&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

For phone numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's getting too warm it could be overheating. Is it well ventilated? They do get warm when in operation but not too hot to keep your hand on. It could be a faulty puck, in which case you need to speak to sky and arrange a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
