Sky stream issues

i e tried setting up the sky stream,

I get as far as the software needs to restart, I pressstart update, 5 mins later, it just goes back to. The software needs to restart.

tried all the sky options.

help needed please?

Connect the puck directly to your router with an ethernet cable to allow the software update to complete. You should then be able to revert to using WiFi.

There seems to be a history of pucks not being able to update on first boot over WiFi.
